FULFILLMENT POLICY

Refund policy — Refunds are applicable while orders are open; once the order window has closed, we cannot guarantee a refund.

Delivery policy — Deliveries are being consolidated and shipped out from Washington, USA. Orders will be shipped in mid-July.

Expect US orders to arrive 3-5 business days after shipment.
Expect international orders to arrive 2-7 weeks after shipment, depending on country of residence and accompanying customs.
Digital zines will be emailed the same week as shipment begins.

Return policy – We won't be accepting returns, however if any of your goods have been damaged in shipment, contact us at [email protected] and we'll send a replacement.
